Cape Town – Under foggy skies and a slight chill in the air, Great Britain’s Vicky Holland announced her return from injury in style with her first ever World Triathlon Series win. A late surge on the run gave the Brit just what she needed to hold off the USA’s Katie Zaferes and Switzerland’s Nicola Spirig. SA Duathlon Champs for Cape Town
Cape Town has been appointed the host city for the upcoming SA Duathlon Championships, which take place on Saturday 18 June from the Green Point Park.
Triathlon South Africa (TSA) will use this event to select the national team to go to the World Duathlon Championships in Gijon, Spain on the 24 and 25 September 2011.
