On a beautiful summers day I completed the Forestman Triathlon down in the New Forest, Hampshire in 14hr36.

The race was superb, from the race marshals to the beautiful scenery, everything came together culminating in a very emotional finish.

Affectionately known as the Chunky Monkey by my friends it just goes to show that no matter how big or slow you think you are – dreams can be achieved.
